Cancellations and Amendments by the Customer
Customers may cancel or amend their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
- Cancellations or amendments made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable card or payment processing fees.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations are typically processed within 5–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
- No cancellations or amendments are accepted within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time.
- Any booking cancelled, amended, or abandoned less than 24 hours before the service, including no-shows, will be considered non-refundable.
How to Cancel or Amend a Booking
- All cancellations or amendments must be made via the “My Booking” section on the RHL Transfers website.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they receive written confirmation of any cancellation or amendment.
Requests made through phone calls, social media, or third parties will not be considered valid unless confirmed in writing by RHL Transfers.
